*There will be options for Tai Chi exercises in a chair, for those unable to stand for long durations.

Now Enrolling: Preschool Kung Fu (ages 4-6)
Our Little Dragons program is back and better than ever!
A perfect balance of fun and learning!
Saturday mornings at 9am, our preschool age kids (4-6) get introduced to
Kung Fu in this non-stop, playful classroom experience.
Students are introduced to fundamental martial arts techniques & concepts while practicing listening, self-control, balance, fitness and more.
Space is very limited - contact us to try a class!
