High Intensity Cardio & Strength. Skip to Ripped gives you an epic workout experience every time, in just 45 minutes!

Though not technically a Kickboxing class, any great kickboxer will tell you: you've gotta have good cardio! Skip to Ripped is guaranteed to amp your cardio and enhance your strength in just 45 minutes! Alternating rounds of cardio and strength work make for non-stop action and a lot of fun! This class is challenging for anyone, but accessible for nearly all ability levels, including beginners and those who feel out of shape.
