New classes for Adults and Seniors.

 

With this series, we’ll double our Centerline Tai Chi schedule!  

This means ample time to practice the form, and ample time for playful push hands. Infuse your days with vibrant mindfulness, a balanced body and a peaceful heart - discover the benefits of Tai Chi in your morning routine.

 

*There will be options for Tai Chi exercises in a chair, for those unable to stand for long durations.*
