Kickboxing HiiT

High Intensity Cardio & Core. Kickboxing HiiT gives you an epic workout experience every time, in just 45 minutes!

Guaranteed to amp your cardio and shred your core in just 45 minutes! Alternating rounds of cardio (jump rope or shadow boxing) and core work on the mat make for non-stop action and a lot of fun! This class is challenging for anyone, but accessible for nearly all ability levels, including beginners and those who feel out of shape.

Our students get:

  • Very little space or equipment needed - jumprope or shadow box from home!

  • Scalable challenge - from beginner to athlete!
